How does Standro know when I'm sitting?
Standro uses a simple timer that you reset manually when you stand up. With Smart Mode enabled, it also detects when you're away from your Mac and pauses automatically.
Can I customize the reminder interval?
Yes. Choose 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The default is 30 minutes.
Does Standro require an internet connection?
No. Standro runs entirely on your Mac. No account, no cloud, no connection required.
Can I use Standro on multiple Macs?
Yes. Buy once on the App Store and install it on all your Macs with the same Apple ID.
What macOS versions are supported?
Standro supports macOS 10.15 Catalina and later. It runs natively on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) Macs as a universal binary.
Does Standro collect any data?
No. Standro has no analytics, no telemetry, and no tracking. Your data never leaves your Mac.
Does Standro interrupt Focus mode?
No. Standro detects when Focus mode is active and holds reminders until you're available.
Is there a subscription?
